Asbm 5-year Integrated MBA Programme Inugurated
On 1st September, 2015, the 5-Year Integrated MBA Programme of ASBM IPS was inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister, Skill Development & Technical Education, Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare, Govt. of Odisha, Shri Sanjay Kumar Das Burma as Chief Guest on the occasion. Shri Das Burma congratulated the first batch of Integrated MBA students and stressed on the role of management professional in Indian Economy. While appreciating the discipline of ASBM he said that discipline is the key to success in career and life. He further stated, “Prof. Pattanayak has played a major role in the area of management studies and brought pride to the state”
The Programme was graced by Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Prof. (Dr.) Prasanna Kumar Patasani who blessed the students for their future endeavour. In his welcome address Prof. (Dr.) Biswajeet Pattanayak, Founder & Director ASBM, emphasized on professional value that management teaches. He also shared the glorious journey of ASBM since its inception. This integrated MBA is recognised by Govt. of Odisha and is affiliated to Utkal University. In this Programme, all the students will receive BBA Certificate after completion of 3 years of study and MBA Certificate after 5 years of successful study, from Utkal University. ASBM is the only private institute in the state to have this recognition.
Introduction of the guests was given by Prof. Kalyan Shankar Ray, Dean & COO of ASBM. A vote of thanks was proposed at the end by the Principal of the institute Prof. Mrutyunjay Dash and the Programme was anchored by Prof. Saswati Tripathy.
