He has successfully completed a number of certificate Programme and professional training Programme in the areas of pedagogy, research methodology, data analytics, accreditation etc., such as ‘National Workshop on Research Methodology and Data Analytics’ from BHU, Varanasi, ‘Research Methodology in Social Sciences’ from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, ‘Education Leadership’ from IIT, Kharagpur, ‘NBA Accreditation and SAR Preparation’ from National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, and ‘Certificate Programme in Structural Equation Modelling using AMOS’ from ASBM, Bhubaneswar etc.
Dr. Das Bendi has more than a decade of teaching experience in management and was working as Assistant Professor in Management in CIPET:IPT (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology: Institute of Plastics Technology – a Govt. of India Enterprise) before joining ASBM University.
He has presented papers in a large number of conferences and has to his credit several research publications in national and international journals. He has also published two books – ‘Professional Ethics’ and ‘Business and Corporate Law’.
