Dr. Samantaray has undertaken market research studies related to different industries, such as cellular phone, automobiles, tea, retail, shoes, banking, tourism, readymade garments etc. and has published about a dozen research papers. His study on Nabakalebar of Lord Jagannath as a tourism experience, published by Emerald, has received a lot of recognition. He has also published book review and contributed chapters to books. He has presented several papers in different national and international conferences and seminars.
Dr. Samantaray has more than two decades of rich experience in academics and academic administration. He has two years of experience as Registrar of ASBM University. He had also worked as the Chairman of the PG Council and had headed the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). He was working for ICFAI University before joining ASBM.

He has earned MBA from Berhampur University with Marketing as his specialisation and holds M.
