She has undergone training courses in ‘Effective Communication Skills’, ‘CV Writing’, and ‘Managing Group Discussion and Facing Job Interviews’ conducted by the British Council.
Dr. Pandey has authored four books – “An Analysis of English Rhetoric and Prosody”, “An Analysis of Indian Poetry in English”, “A Study of Aristophanes' 'The Frog' and 'The Clouds': Greek Old Comedies”, and “Teaching English: Principles and Theories”. She has also published several research papers and has participated in international conferences.
She has a decade long experience in teaching.
Areas of interest – Communicative English, Rhetoric and Prosody, Indo-Anglian Poetry, Gender Studies, and Biographical Studies.

Dr. Pandey earned her MA degree in English from the Central University of Orissa Koraput with a Gold Medal for having secured the First rank. She then completed her M.Phil. and Ph.D. in English from Ravenshaw University.
