She has published 13 research papers in reputed national and international journals indexed by Thomsen Reuters, Scopus, and UGC-CARE. Her research areas include employee engagement, succession management, creative thinking, cognitive intervention for slow learners, leadership etc.
Dr. Leela has a rich experience of three decades in teaching, training, and consultancy in India and abroad in different organisations like BITS Pilani, XIM University, EDII Ahmedabad, and Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities. She had undertaken consultancy projects on different subjects like performance appraisal, training need analysis, training plan and evaluation, competency mapping etc. in the Sultanate of Oman. She was also involved there in setting up the HR Department and preparing the HR Policy Manual of two companies.

Dr. Eirene Leela is a Professor of Psychology at the School of Liberal Arts of ASBM University. She holds M.A., M.Phil, and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology from the Centre of Advanced Study in Psychology at Utkal University.
