Dr. Aradhana Kar

Dr. Aradhana Kar has been awarded Ph.D. in Computer Science by Utkal University for her research study, ‘Machine Recognition of Odia Text using Decomposition of Characters’. She holds the degrees of Master of Computer Application (MCA) from Utkal University and Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science & Engineering from KIIT Deemed to be University. She has also qualified the UGC NET.
Dr. Kar has published three research papers in international and national journals, two of which are indexed by Scopus. Six of her research papers presented in international conferences, have been published in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings. She has also edited two books on computer education for school students published by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha and contributed a chapter to a computer text book published by the Directorate of Teacher Education and SCERT, Odisha.
She has attended three workshops, one FDP, and one short-term course on subjects like Natural Language Processing, Ethical Hacking, Technical Document Writing, AI Evolution, and Data Analytics.
Dr. Kar has six years of teaching experience at Utkal University, IGIT Sarang, and Sri Sri University. She was working as Assistant Professor at Sri Sri University, Cuttack before joining ASBM University.
